Birthday Month

 January is birthday month in our family. We celebrated Oliver's and Peter's birthday. It was a little different this year because our fridge died so I didn't make the cakes, I was a little sad but it was definitely nice not making them ha ha.

Last Day of School and Other Events

Back in May Peter had a school play where he was a cat, he really wanted to be a dog. ha ha

 

Thomas graduated Elementary school! He is so ready for middle school.

October Snapshots

 Playing some major catch up here.... I think this is the longest I haven't blogged.

October was a great month, Peter got some glasses, Dustin had a birthday, we went to the Arboretum twice, and Oliver was a Wild Thing in his school play. 

I also started an art class in October, hence to lack of blogging. I will try to do better now that my class is done.

First Day of School

 

This week the kids started school. Thomas is in fifth grade (last year in elementary school), Oliver is in third grade, and Peter is in first grade. They were so excited.

End of Shcool

 

 

The boys did great this past school year. It was also fun to see Peter perform his Kindergarten graduation. The kids are growing so fast.

Oliver's Baptism

 

Yesterday Oliver was baptized. What a special day. I'm so grateful for this Gospel and the joy that it brings to me and my family.

Oliver's 8th Birthday

 

Oliver turned 8 last week. What an awesome kid, definitely one of the greats.

First Day of School

 

The kid's first day of school during Covid. They loved it, and so far school is going great. The two younger boys don't have to wear masks but Thomas does, at first he was bummed out but he said he's used to it now. We are excited to see how this school year will go.

Oliver's and Peter's Birthday

Last month we celebrated Peter's and Oliver's birthday. We love these kids so much, and we always have a great time that birthday week.

Back to School

Three weeks ago Thomas and Oliver started school. We went to Meet the Teachers night and both teachers seem really awesome.

The first day of school was a little rough with these two. They were used to grandma, Dustin, and their two older brothers for entertainment, so we had a few melt downs but the last two weeks have been better thank goodness!

Also Thomas has glasses now and I personally think they look really good on him. He would only wear them while watching tv or during class when he needed to read the bored but between everyone saying they looked good on him, my mom calling him a blonde Harry Potter, and seeing a lot of his cousins wearing glasses he wears them all the time now.

Last Day of School

Last week the kids finished school. Both did great and had great teachers. I'm excited to have them home for the next two months.

Birthday Week

January is always crazy with two birthdays in a week.  Peter turned 4 and Oliver turned 6. 

Peter has become more independent the last few months and is always up for fun.

Oliver is come along way with his reading and he continues to do really well in math. 

I love these boys of mine.
