Elizabeth Turns 5!

Back in April Elizabeth turned 5.

She had a great birthday, we did cupcakes at the park with friends and then presents and cake in the evening. Her five years went by so fast, probably faster then any other kid

The Girls

Elizabeth starts kindergarten this fall, so I really tried to live in the moment with these two this year. It's crazy to think that I will only have one kid home next fall.

One day we went to the Arboretum to see the Spring flowers. Elizabeth was all about the pictures, Alice not so much ha ha.

Spring Break

I'm doing some major catching up. I don't remember the last time I was so behind on this blog. It's just been a crazy few months. Dustin has been busy with school stuff and being in the Elder's quorum presidency, then he had to get his gall bladder removed and the healing that came after that. Then I took another online art class and now I'm teaching Gospel Doctrine while our kids have their activities and school. Anyway, I'm hoping this summer I will be able to catch up on here and keep up.

Anyway..... for Spring break back in March Dustin and I last minute decided to take the kids to San Antonio and Sea World. It was perfect, the weather was cooler in the morning (hence the coats in the first picture) but by noon it was the perfect weather and there were no crowds we could walk on the roller coasters with no wait, it was perfect. We also went to the River Walk with the kids and eat at The Rainforest Cafe, the kids thought it was great. I love family trips.

January and February Catch Up

Texas was hit with a snow storm earlier this month. The kids had fun having two snow days and we were able to have a long weekend and play with snow.

Last month we celebrated Peter's and Oliver's birthday. I didn't get a picture of Oliver for his birthday but he had a great one.

Peter's grade did shirts for 100 days of school, he was very excited to have Spider-Man as the theme. Dustin drew all the Spider-mans and Peter colored them. We put different Spider-mans from the different dimensions.

We did a Valentine's party with our play group so we made boxes. Alice did like her box even if the picture doesn't show it.

This past week we went to the zoo, Alice was there, but she didn't want to be in any picture ha ha.

And then some random pictures.
