Elizabeth's First Birthday

On April 7th, our sweet Elizabeth turned 1! That year went fast! It was a crazy, busy day so we didn't do much. We opened presents in the morning and the girl was super excited about the clothes grandma Lisa got her, what can I say the girl loves her clothes, shoes, and bows.

It was fun to finally do a girly cake after 7 years of boy cakes. We have loved having Elizabeth in our life, she brings happiness in our family and we are enjoying watching this little girl grow up.

Circus

Dustin had Spring Break from his Master's a few weeks ago so we took advantage of having no homework and took the kids to the circus. Thomas got some free tickets from the school or we probably wouldn't have gone, but the kids were very excited especially after watching The Greatest Showman. Elizabeth did really good and was into for most of the show, Peter liked it but fell asleep right before the elephants arrive. Ever since the circus Oliver was to work at the circus and has been practicing all of his tricks.

Also the week before that Thomas was an elephant for the First grade play.

Easter

This Easter was full of fun Easter egg hunts. We went to the public library Easter egg hunt, and it was really cold especially for Texas, but the kids did good.

We dyed Easter eggs at Dustin's grandma's house. Dustin's grandma also hid some eggs for the kids. The boys were excited to get come money in their eggs, Great-grandma Hayden is way nicer than me!

Oliver is always wanting to decorate cookies, so every holiday now we decorate cookies.
The kids made a "house" during conference. We also drew during the Saturday sessions, and I couldn't help but draw a little as well.
The Easter bunny came to our house.

We also had an Easter egg hunt with family and friends. My kids look forward to this Easter egg hunt every year.

We love Easter and so grateful for the reason of the season and conference was awesome as always.

Perot Museum

On Good Friday we took the kids to the Perot museum. It's been a few years so we decided to get a pass so now we can go a few times this year. The kids love going there and it was great to do something as a family since we've been busy with life.

Magnolia Table

We love going to Waco when we get the chance, so when Dustin's mom was in town we went to check out the Magnolia Table. They haven't officially opened but they were letting people eat there. It was about an hour and half wait and the food was delicious.

Elizabeth @ 11 Months

Elizabeth turned 11 months earlier this week. She turns one in a week!!! These past six months have flown by. She is a mover and climbs on everything. It's hard to get a good picture of her. She could walk if she wanted to, but I think she is waiting till she can do it without falling because the other day she just started walking a few steps on her own and kept doing that, but now she won't walk unless she holds my hand.
She loves making funny faces and likes to be "one of the guys" with her brothers. She loves going outside and taking walks. She's a sweet heart and makes everyone happy. She loves her bows and getting her hair combed, basically she liked getting ready for the day which is a nice change from the boys. Anyway we just love her and her most recent nick name in the house is Beffs or Beth.

Snap Shots

This past month Thomas had an art show and spirit week and one day was crazy hair day.

Peter is the goof ball in our family, he never takes anything serious, it's kinda hard to discipline that kid sometimes.

Elizabeth is a good eater, but she still is a big fan of nursing while I'm ready to be done.

I love watching the boys play make believe.

It's been nice weather to go to the park with grandma.
