Halloween 2018

The Melissa Public Library always throws the best Halloween party. Peter and Elizabeth had a great time.

This year I got out-voted and we painted pumpkins this year versus carving.

Pumpkin Village at the Aboretum

We had a great time at the aboretum a few weeks ago with Dustin's grandma and aunt. I love the aboretum this time the year, and I loved how the theme was Peter Pan!

Snap Shots of September and a little of October

September was a good month. I love having Peter and Elizabeth home with me. 

Dustin finished his Master's Degree in the end of August! We are so happy he is done! Last year was a busy, crazy year. Also Dustin turned 35! We are so lucky to have him.

The Two Older Ones

A couple of weeks ago Thomas finished all 7 Harry Potter books, I'm one proud mom. He also read the Cursed Child so he's officially a Potterhead. Oliver also was a star student this first of the school year and had Champ for the weekend, he was pretty excited about that. Both kids are really liking school this year.

The Two Little Ones

 Now that the two older kids are at school I try to keep the two little ones busy. We try to go the park everyday and one day we went to the children's garden. It's been fun just hanging out with these two I'm going to miss these days I feel like time is slipping by so fast.

New School Year

The two older kids started last month! It's crazy to think I have two kids in school now. We lucked out this year and my kids have awesome teachers this year. Oliver has the same kindergarten teacher that Thomas had and we just love her. Both kids are really liking school so far. Man, I love these two kids.

Summer Fun!

Well Summer is over and I'm just now blogging a few things that we did.

This summer was probably our first summer in Texas that we did have a big trip, which was kind of nice, but now I'm itching for a trip.

One day Dustin tool the boys somewhere so Elizabeth and I went the park. 

A lot of days at the pool. Thomas and Oliver have come so far in their swimming this past summer.

 

Baby Dolls are Elizabeth's favorite toy, and she takes good care of them, she changes their diapers, takes them to the grocery store, and puts them to bed. It's seriously the sweetest thing.

We went to the drive-in to see The Incredibles 2.

Thomas got really into Fixer Upper so it was fun to take him and Oliver to my recent trip to Waco.


And of course we had to celebrate Harry Potter on his birthday and to celebrate 20 years! The kids loved it. We also did many harry potter themed things for the month of July, Target did some activities one day and we did an escape room with my brother and his wife. Also Thomas started reading the Harry Potter books this summer and is on book #6! It's seriously has been so much fun seeing him get into the books.

Those are a few things we did this summer and school has officially started!
